The Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) was founded in 1979 to support and promote the rapid development of the foodservice industry. The association brings together professionals with a wide range of skills, including economists, marketing and service specialists, kitchen planners and foodservice management experts. Together, they strive to help investors and restaurateurs achieve lasting economic success.

Recognized as the world leader in hospitality innovation, Switzerland is the country where standards of quality, design and sustainability take root. Thanks to their expertise and impeccable service, Swiss professionals have forged an international reputation within the FCSI. In 1999, they founded the first local association, FCSI Switzerland, which continues to play a central role in the sector.
